1. General Terms
By engaging with Singh Floors, its advertisements, quotations, or services, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Singh Floors reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any offers, promotions, or pricing at any time without notice. Engagement with promotional material does not constitute a binding agreement until a site inspection or consultation has been completed and a formal quote has been issued.
2. Offers & Promotions
All promotional offers advertised via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or any other platform are limited-time, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
Example promotions include:
Partial Flake Epoxy from $2,199 – Done in 2 Days
Full Flake Epoxy from $2,499 – Premium Finish
All prices, timeframes, and inclusions in promotions are indicative only and subject to inspection. Singh Floors is not responsible for any misunderstanding or assumptions based on promotional content.
3. Site Inspection & Pricing
Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site inspection or consultation.
Factors that affect pricing include, but are not limited to:
Floor size and total square meterage
Existing concrete condition and level of damage
Required grinding, repairs, or moisture mitigation
System type (partial flake, full flake, polishing level)
Site access, preparation requirements, and curing conditions
Customers acknowledge that pricing in ads is an estimate and may not reflect the final cost.
4. Booking, Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure a booking and allocate materials and labour. Deposit amounts and the balance payment schedule will be clearly outlined in the formal quote or invoice. Deposits are non-refundable unless Singh Floors is unable to deliver the agreed-upon
service. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur administrative charges or interest.
5. Service Limitations
Singh Floors provides epoxy flooring, concrete grinding, and concrete polishing services only as outlined in the formal quote.
Services do not include:
Structural concrete repairs or rectification
Waterproofing or drainage works
Plumbing or electrical works
Any work not expressly listed in the formal quote
Any additional services requested outside the original scope will require a separate quote and written approval.
6. Liability & Warranty
Singh Floors is not liable for pre-existing property damage, concrete movement, moisture-related issues, or unrealistic expectations not outlined in the quote. The business is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by
weather, curing conditions, access issues, or third-party interference.
All services are provided ‘as is’ unless otherwise specified in writing. Warranties apply only to workmanship and materials specified in the formal quote and do not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Concrete cracking, movement, or substrate failure
Moisture issues beyond assessed levels
Damage caused by misuse, chemicals, or external trades
Performance beyond manufacturer warranties
7. Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions do not override any rights under Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably before considering legal action. All disputes will be governed by the relevant laws and jurisdiction of
Australia.
By requesting a quote, booking a job, or otherwise engaging with Singh Floors, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
